PixKB is built on open-source software and fonts. We self-host every library on pixkb.com, unmodified, and load each one only when a tool needs it. Thank you to their authors.

Fonts in the PDF editor
These load only when you pick them, and are embedded in PDFs you download (only the letters used, except Carlito, which is embedded whole). They come from the Google Fonts collection. To keep them small we saved each style (regular, bold, italic) as its own file and kept only Latin letters; Carlito has a Reserved Font Name, so it is served unmodified. Arimo, Tinos, Carlito, Caladea, Gelasio and Cousine are designed with the same letter widths as Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri, Cambria, Georgia and Courier New, which are commercial fonts we can't include. Each notice below is quoted from that font's own licence file in the Google Fonts repository (for Arimo, Tinos and Cousine those notices are dated 2026).
